- CONCLUSION
Based from the analysis, what has been very evident is that there has been a mismatch on the leadership style that Millman has used versus the culture of the company. As a result, some employees where not been able to adopt on the sudden changes on the management. Aside from this, another contributing factor is the improper implementation of the control systems of the company. These have resulted to cut-throat competition among employees as they set-aside values in favor of meeting the targets. This has also resulted to high turnover and low morale among employees.
