CS-Corporate Sustainability:
This word is being derived from the notion of sustainable development where it refers to the protection of tree population and making use of timber in sustainable way (Ebner & Baumgartner, 2006). The core idea behind this concept reveals the development which can meets the needs and requirement of present generations without compromising the future generation’s ability to satisfy their own requirement in their time. The application of this concept at corporate level justifies the meaning of Corporate Sustainability. The concept of corporate sustainability originally being considered only from point of view of ecological and less focus given on protection of environment. Hawken (1993) has defined corporate sustainability as “sustainability is an economic state, where the demands placed upon the environment by people and commerce can be met without reducing the capacity of the environment to provide for future generations” (p. 139). Since, 1990; study on this concept has revealed that how protection of natural environment can be made while taking any business decisions or in implementation of any business operations.
Current discoveries about topic
The awareness in the market about Corporate Social Responsibility become very clear and some organizations also have given good response in this filed. We have few examples of it:
A British company, Hydrus Future, whose product is very famous in Poland, has in its strategy make usage of water in limited way; it has invented a device which limits the usage of water as per the requirement and minimizes the waste of water. The concept of water saving plastic article in urinals was successful, developed by the Sage Company of Newcastle.
There are many innovations programme also being conducted which have main object to minimize the chances of adverse effects of the products and services in the environment, and suggest eco-innovation solutions. As per recent news the European Union with this ecological goal tries to stimulate economic growth. The other objective of this programme includes introduction of eco-innovative projects which gives innovative and environment friendly solutions.

The research questions which are still unanswerable includes following points:
- How this new concept of corporate social responsibility can help the company to become sustainable with protection of economical environment?
- And which CSR activities should be adopted by the company to become sustainable along with growth of social conditions and protection of environment?

Strength and weakness of discussed different –
CSR is universally accepted principal now a day. But the big question is about CSR whether it is cost or benefit for organisation. Limit of expense for CSR for organisation is decided by board of company. Every company is doing business for earn profit and their profit are from the society hence organisation have responsibility towards society. Organisation doing much activity for production of their products which includes some procedure and chemical reaction due to that pollution generated in environment. From pollution society affected and which cause negative effects on the society. Now days some of the organisation become effective towards corporate social responsibility but they have some expectation from the society they expect change in the society. Some of the organisation working on CSR with faith even they have established their own department who is concerned about the CSR and they people regularly check the CSR activity conducted by the organisation. CSR have directly connection with the consumer who is belonging to society had some faith from the industry.( Ryan Randazz , 2015)

Society has some expectation from the companies as company generate lot of pollution from the production process which is indirectly affect to the society hence to compensate those damage society also expect some obligation from the company with honesty. Hence industries help to provide true information about the CSR activity doing by the companies for the help of people. At the same time company also expect their growth which is indirectly related with the society itself. Corporate social responsibility programme includes diversity, community involvement, place to work and environmental initiatives, helps organisation to turn these beliefs into action and aims to integrate our social and environmental concerns with our day to day operations and our dealings with clients of industries firm and the wider community. Organisation initiate business with the purpose of profit hence their primary target is to earning profit from the business at the same time company is also responsible towards the stakeholders who expect something more from the organisation hence sometime organisation does not believe in to the CSR activity. Organisation thought what they will achieve once they have expended on the CSR activity. May be corporation engaged in to the CSR activity for their image and personality in the public. Corporate identity in the public reflect their position whether they will be in favour of CSR or not. As some of the organisation advocate in the favour of CSR but once their chance come they will hide from the public. There is so many people in the organisation who have some expectation from the organisation e.g. shareholder, employee, supplier, customer, NGO, government and management and all the people have some different needs and different thought hence one cannot say that entire organisation are against CSR. So the CSR have also some positive effect in the society and some negative effect on concerned people. (Richard E. Smith, 2011)
