There can be tie up hotel groups, travel agents and tours & travels to provide various facilities to the employees and the customers. Collaborating with local companies will provide cost effectiveness and overall success to the company. There is no significant disadvantage of this alternative, except the development of relationships with the strategic partners (Pierce & Robinson, 2004).

Recommendations & Action Plan:
It is recommended to tie up with local firms as it will help in seeking greater presence on Kava Island. The analysis and alternative evaluation reflects upon the various challenges. It is clear that the island suffers from the serious problems such as natural calamities, underage population and poor infrastructure facilities. But the country offers good opportunities for the company. The company will have the advantage of operating smoothly without any competition and having the availability of cheap labor. The company can avail other opportunities offered by Kava Island. There is huge support shown by the government and other organizations.
For the implementation of the plan, internal and external resources are required (Wheelen, & Hunger, 2006). For the construction of call center, services of builders and contractors would be required. Internal resources required in the form of skills and expertise of I.T department, H.R. department.
Action Plan:
- Selecting team and project planning
- Purchase of land and securing clearances
- Developing infrastructural facilities
- Hiring procedure
The tasks to be performed will be analyzed by the project team members and they are also responsible for the development of the communication system. The duty of location identification would be fulfilled by the project manager, Alex. After construction, the work of networking and wiring will be completed. The hiring process would also take place before the launch of the project. Trainers would be developed on the site as it results in low cost. Thus, proper implementation, keeping into consideration, the various problems would result in the success of the project.
