Social conscience and conscientious leadership: The challenges that I envision for myself in building a social network of shared value are that people have different mindset, purposes and ambitions. Not everybody in the business world cares about their social responsibility, but in leaders’ mind, social responsibility should always keep in mind, and should facilitate other people to think that way. Opportunities are leader can pick partners that suits the value of social conscience. Ruling out the ones who have opposite moral values, which clear the obstacles in the future developments. Having people who shares the moral values and strong personal integrity to play important role in the firm will create effective growth in a long-run.

Conscientious commerce: The Challenges are the social unfairness, rich people take advantage of the poor to get richer, rich country takes advantage of the poor countries to better off themselves. In fact, that’s the reality, but there are opportunities for business leaders to change the fact, to make the whole society become richer, and the poor will pull themselves out from poverty.

Civic conscience: Doing business with the one who does not share the value could be dangerous for the firm. The firm will turn out running with poor management. So it requires the leader to carefully select partners who shared company’s value.

Summary: In the 21th century, the definition of business is not only to make money, but also to take the responsibility for the society. Business should be a role model for the society to create good values to the society. Business leaders should uphold the value of social conscience for the environment that we live in. Then one should facilitate others to be morally good people, and let honesty, respect and tolerance to be the main stream of our society.
