1.4 Personal role played in the company
I will be going into the company as the head of Human Resource Department, my role in the company is constructing an organizational culture where employees will want to remain and grow within the company. I will also have a huge impact in how employee observe value of their workplace. Technology is starting to be an important role for a Human Resource Manager, using technologies to track employee benefits, vacation pay, and training requirements from a central system. My role will also involve managing the decisions and actions that will impact the relationship between the organisation and employees positively. I will be responsible for overseeing the whole compensation packages and benefits provided to all of the employees, be in charge of training the new and old employees.
2.0 Why the scenario is important to me
The scenario is important to me because of an aspiration to be a Human Resource manager of a well-structured organisation enabling me to put into practice what have been learnt as an academic candidate. Being able to solve issues concerning managing a company, solve cross-cultural issue in the company. It is also important to me because I have worked in UPS (Nigeria) in the HR department, I have an idea of what role I will be playing the company, and how to incorporate new ideas and make things better in the company.
