In my opinion, the article from Coca- Cola Company is the great news that others HR professional and companies should know and following.

The Coca- Cola Company got the point that employees are important factor to make their company success in a long-term and it still get more achievement in the future. That’s a reason they take care and put health and safety of employees on top.

In conclusion, I would like to recommend this article to other HR professional. I think it’s the good source to help them get more knowledge and experiences from Coca- Cola Company and know what they need to do with their employees.

According the article “ The advantages of Labor Relations to an Organization”, by authors Bridgette Redman and Demand Media, a business will get a high profit and high quality product when “the manager and labor work together toward the same goal”. Also, authors said the business should not have a confront relationship between coworkers. Bridgette and Demand had adduced to explain about advantages of labor relationship in the business/ organization.

The business/ organization will get lower turnover cost because if the labor relationship between employees and coworkers or manager is not good, they will leave to find another company. That’s mean, the business/ organization have to spend money to hire and training the new employees. The labor relationship also effect to employee productivity, product and service quality because as a authors said, “unionized employees have a higher rate of productivity than non unionized employees.” (Bridgette and Demand). In addition, the workplace Health and Safety was effected by labor relationship. In conclusion, Labor relationship is big effect to success of business in the long run. Also, good relationship between employees and coworker/ managers will help the business get a safe workplace and bring more benefit for business/organization.

In my opinion, this article is very clear and useful for me and also for HR professionals. This article showed us the reason why the business/ organization should create a good labor relationship. Also, this article showed those factors that will help HR profession get more experience in managing employees.
