This focus group strategy will be rolled out in phases so it if there any mitigations that need to be made would not retard the productivity of the organization.

While in this phase we can also keep track of the employees who have shown improvement, there can then be built a roaster for promotion of some of those employees. This will help with the retention of employees and hence cut the employee turnover which has been prevalent at precision.

This will also have the psychological effect that the company is not there to make the lives of its employee’s miserable, but trying to facilitate them in every way possible, leading to a positive effect on the system as a whole!

- I would also like to recommend installing softwares like skype etc. on the computers that are available at the facility for the employees to use on their breaks. As most of the employees are from other provinces this can help them connect to their families back home. This will have a reenergizing effect on them also they will feel motivated to work harder to provide for their families.

- Staggering breaks and dividing them up into two 15 minute breaks. this way employees would not have to rush and loose time to relax and also this would not harm the productivity in anyway because most of the lines will still be running.

- Abolishing the silly rules of taking a specific number of parts to avoid cluttering.

NOTE:- The financial analysis will be based on taking into consideration the rough labour value in the Chinese economy.
