Leading
Leading is working with and through people to accomplish goals. From my own opinion, it easy to think that great leadership is some kind of innate ability or gift, to think either you have it or you don’t. That it not the case. Leaders are actually train, not born. I believe in order to be a great leader; we first need to be a good follower.
To be a good leader, they also need to have a good communication with their workers. Communication is the transfer and understanding meaning. By have a good communication; it will help the employees to motivate their worker. So, the leader will have high motivation in doing their responsibilities and the worker also will performance their best.Motivation can be defined as internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to a job, role or subject, or to make an effort to accomplish a goals. From my research, I can said that Tan Sri Dr. Zeti Akhtar Aziz is a good leader. She have a high motivation until she can succeed like now. I also can said majority of their workers and their organizations perform their best. From that, it shows that leader is very important in other to motivate their workers.
As people know, our currency governor of Bank Negara is Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Zeti Akhtar Aziz is the 7th and the first woman governor of Bank Negara. Appointed to the post in May 2000,she is not only the first woman in Malaysia to head a central bank but also the first woman in Asia to do so. She was born in Johor Bahru, Johor and her father is Royal Professor Ungku Aziz, former Vice-Chancellor of the Universiti Malaya and founder of Tabung Haji,Her mother is journalist and social activist,Sharifah Azah Mohamed Alsagoff.Tan Sri Dr. Zeti Aziz received her early education at Assunta High School,Petaling Jaya in 1958 and she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universiti Malaya and her doctorate degree in monetary and international economics from University of Pennsylvania.

Controlling
Controlling is the process of monitoring and regulating performance to ensure that it conforms to the plans and goals of the organisation. Under the contolling,I had been research about the employee performance. From what we know,Dr Zeti not only first woman in Malaysia to head a central bank, but also the first woman in Asia to do so. She also had been named one of the world’s best central bankers, having received an “A” for three straight year (2009-2011) in New York, based on Global Finance magazine’s Annual Central Banker Report Card.(In contrast, US Federal Reserve’s Chairman Ben Bernanke managed only “C” in 2010 and “B” in 2011).
Tan Sri Dr. Zeti Akhtar Aziz began her first career as an economic analyst in the South East Asia Central Bank Training & Research Centre from 1979 to 1984.She was then appointed as Deputy Manager in the Economic Department at National Bank of Malaysia. After that, she joined the Economic Department at the National Bank of Malaysia in 1985 and was appointed as Secretary to the Board of Director of the Bank in 1987.In 1989,she was appointed as the Chief Representative in the London office.
Returning to Malaysia in 1994, She was appointed the Bank’s chief Economists and the head of the Economic Department. In 1995,she was elected as the Assistant Governor of the national bank. She was responsible for economics, reserve management, foreign and money market operations and exchange control. In 2004 to 2008, she was on the board of directors of Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
She also was named “Tokoh Ma’al Hijrah 1432H” at the national level 2010 Ma’al Hijrah celebrations. At the age of 63,she is the first woman ever named as the recipient of the award in
