As the news report from television, news paper, internet websites, etc, the rescuer team worked orderly. It was such prepared properly and maturely. The role of President Pinera has to be much appreciated. He was really successful became the rescue commander at that time. The policy taken, advices given, his respectful and systematical thinking were much contributed to the quick emergency action on that situation.

The rescuing drama successfully attracted the attention of people in the world which were almost as prestige as the news about Lady Diana marriage, Lady Diana funeral, and Paus Yohanes Paulus II funeral which were watched by more than a million people all over the world directly.

Emergency procedures are the foundation of any crisis management plan. The objective of the emergency procedures is to be able to protect lives and minimize damage. It is often that the emergency procedures are shown in form of flowchart. The flowchart itself will help the implementation of a continuity management system. Emergency response procedures are very essential to be implemented because it will address incidents that may occur during routine operations. By showing the emergency response procedures in form of flowchart may help people easier to understand the step based on the standard operating procedures. It also may prevent the implementation error that causes another problem. Thus, the implementation of emergency procedures has to be very careful in order to achieve its main aim to protect live and minimize damage. Referring to the mining accident in Chile, actually it should be implemented the emergency procedures which has been designed in form of flowchart by the institution that concern on the tackling of workforce accident.
