3、Experience
When people try to find a job, it is often to be asked about the work experience in the profit area. Someone claims that work experience has the inevitable connect with the work performance during the work life. In 2001, Gerald pointed that social skills and general mental ability are main factors for the success of work. The study showed less interaction between experience and performance. However, according to the data below, it is obvious to identify the gap. The workers who have less than 1 year experience earns in average $8029 less than 1-4 years, $25,202 less than 5-9 years, $39,492 less than 10-19 years and $49,265 less than 20 years or more in Western Australia.

With the longer of work experience, the social skill and general mental ability could be influenced positively. Thus, the interaction between work experience and salary could not be ignored. Base on the principle of data analysis, it should be an important factor to calculate the salary formula. Table 4 showed an example of salary formula which is posted by Buffer in November 2015. In this formula, it gives a support about the role of experience in the salary formula. Despite the importance of work experience, it also gives a new direction to keep researching.

Conclusion & Recommendation
In brief, gender gap, education level and experience are necessary for the salary calculation factors in Western Australia. Meanwhile, fair gender pay gap , higher education level and longer work experience should be important for the success of retaining higher salary income. Although gender pay gap shows negative influence of salary calculate, it needs to be identified whether it is fair or not. It is government duty to reduce and eliminate GPG in a long-term policy. The regulations against the gender gap should be written in law and obeyed by all. Despite of the government efforts, people who eager to improve the salary level can follow the direction in the study to further the study in higher degree or work hard to gather experience. During the work, it would be better to focus on one or two areas and keep digging. Otherwise, the workers only can gain more distractions without any help.
During the research, it is hard to find more useful and systematic data to show the influence by the education and work experience. Normally, it is a social awareness to calculate them into salary level. Thus, in the future study, a large amount of data needs to be collected to gain the clear coefficient for each of them. It may help workers to estimate their salary to compare with the real earnings, which can identify whether they get deserved social value with out any cheats or discrimination.
