In our rolled up estimates for the Halloween party, we included costs related to Games and Prizes, food and drinks, decoration and transportation.

Regarding to our budget, and since the Halloween party was dedicated to students, we limited our expenses to items, which are easy to prepare, especially for the food and drinks and decoration.

- Games and Prizes we included a Xiaomi powerbank, chocolates and a Walmart gift card for a total of CNY 290.

- Food and Drinks: we divided this part into two groups. Food for games and Dinner/Snacks for a total amount of CNY 1,415.

- Decoration: for a good Halloween environment landscape, we got hold of different kind of decoration kits (balloons, masks, paint, mini lamps, paper decoration…) for affordable prices. The final standard cost for the decoration part was CNY 895.

- The transportation didn’t cost too much because the party was held at the campus. Besides students organized the party, so most of the things were nearby the party location. The standard cost was CNY 50.

Our rolled up estimation went to a total standard cost of CNY 2,650.
