Chapter-3

Research methodology:

- Research design:

It will be a cross-sectional study

- Research population

Data will be gathered from around 500 people who got vocational training and are doing jobs in different institutes and will only consider those people who started job after the vocational training with 3 different sections

- Who were employed within 1 month after training

- Who were employed within 6 months

- Who got job after 6 months

- Sampling technique

Non probability; convenient sampling technique will be used

- Sample size

Participants will be made up of 500 selected staff comprising of both male and female. They will comprise of staff with only vocational trainings. Their age will be ranges from 20 – 35 years.

- Research instruments

The instrument is the questionnaire which will be used to collect data from the selected participants for this study. The questionnaire consists of Likert scale ranges from 1: strongly disagree, 2: disagree, 3: neutral, 4: Agree, 5: strongly agree.

- Research variables

There will be two variables used in this research the economy or economic development will be a Dependent variable whereas the vocational training and education will act as an independent variable.

- Data collection

This research will use the primary. The instruments to collect the primary data will be questionnaire containing questions to measure the effects of vocational training and education on economic development.

Chapter-4

Data analysis and interpretation:

The data will be collected through questionnaire and the collected data will be analyzed through computer software SPSS version 13. Table and graphs will be produced accordingly.

Chapter-5

Conclusion:

This study will help us to find out the impact of vocational training and education on economic development.
