There is no competition at all in Thailand. It is a new kind of business for elderly especially retirees who can live on their own. We cannot compare with hospitals, sanitariums or almshouses. They are not our competitors. Nobody would like to go those places as a patient. They are all created for treatment, but we are here to reinforce, to strengthen the retirees’ lives.

This place would definitely be able to improve retirees’ physical health and mental health. Elderly needs love, attention and someone to talk to. Also, most of them usually feel like something is missing when they retire because they have been working for a long time; whole life. Instead of die of boredom, they will have something to do. They will no longer feel lonely and inactive. This project will make them feel like seventeen again.

They would be happier if they have a social interaction among people in the same ages.

Initially, there is at least one staff per each activity.

The three minor elements

As you know, this kind of business requires large amount of capital. If we can maintain our premium and high quality services including paying attention to customer satisfaction, this will increase brand loyalty and attract new customers. We will not stop enhancing customer services.

The next step is to collaborate with some hospitals, insurance companies and supplement companies. This will help our company improve the quality by doing R&D with specialists and also gain reputation. Moreover, it is the way to increase economies of scale and it will be hard for start-ups to be established to compete with us in this market.

Next is to increase the number of branches in Thailand including expanding abroad.
