Those who watches and tracks somebody has their own life uninteresting. I have the only explanation for such a situation.
While writing the reasons I thought about one significant problem and reason why we please other people. We don’t know how to say “not”, we are afraid of insulting somebody with refusal. We can’t find proper words in order to explain that we don’t have possibly to do it. We just promise in the moment of speaking and don’t think about our own deals.
What to do in such a situation? Start to love ourselves in the way that to think about our own needs and deals, try not to promise something. I’ve read the book that it’s advisable not to promise at all, just say “If I have a free time I will do”, if person demand precise answer just say I can’t promise I don’t know what happen tomorrow. I really like such kind of recommendations.
What is also important – to start to do it from ourselves. Don’t recommend somebody to do something; don’t insist on your opinion. Allow people to make a choice themselves.
Every time when you have an opinion about something just defend it, anyway express it, share with somebody in order not to have regrets after.
From another point of you, to certain extend we are obliged. Even in Bible it is said that we must do something. Even in commandment you have several rules to fallow to. We shouldn’t refuse from all kind of duties. We have lots of them to fallow to. For example, as biblical one as was mentioned previous. We came to this earth with its set of rules to obey. We were invited, so we should be grateful for this and respect given rules.
The same thing with constitutional duties, we must respect it in order to omit the chaos and be law abiding.
That’s all about what you obliged. In other cases allow yourself to express your mind and to defend it by any means.
Enjoy your life. Allow yourself to be happy on this earth you won’t have another chance to do it.
