- The immediate surroundings of the Business Units such as Daroli, Chittorgarh, Kasiyaraji etc.

- The district where the mining sites are located.

- Land sites which are most affected by mining activities in the country

- The country as whole as part of our contribution to national efforts towards dealing with emergency situations and achieving Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

METHODOLOGY OF INTERVENTION

The Company has decided to undertake its CSR activities directly or through a Registered Trust or a registered society or a company established by the company under section 8 of the Act. until its own CSR capabilities are built.

The company will build the CSR capabilities of its own personnel as well as those of implementing agencies through Institutions with established track record or experience.

The Company shall specify the project or programs to be undertaken through these entities, methodology of utilization of funds on such projects and programs.

BUDGET

- For achieving its CSR objectives through implementation of meaningful &sustainable CSR programs, the Company will allocate 2% of its average net profits made during the 3 immediately preceding financial years as its annual CSR budget.

- Inani Marbles will spend 10.5 lakhs on its CSR activities during the upcoming fiscal year.

- If for some reason the funds remitted are not utilized within the fiscal year, such unutilized funds would be automatically carried forward for utilization in the succeeding year for CSR activities.

- The Annual CSR Budget shall be spent on activities laid down in this CSR Policy.

CSR EXPENDITURE

- CSR expenditure will include all expenditure, direct and indirect, incurred by the Company on CSR Programs undertaken in accordance with the approved CSR plan.

- Moreover, any surplus arising from any CSR Programs shall be used for CSR only.

- The expected spend of the CSR fund in upcoming fiscal year is as below:

- 2.5 lakhs for sanitation and safe drinking water

- 3.5lakhs for pollution control measures

- 1.5 lakhs for Government programs and initiatives

- 2 lakh for promoting health care

- Part of the CSR fund will be used as remuneration for CSR committee members

- Above and beyond this amount Inani Marbles my further spend on initiatives that impact sustainability in long run.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION

- The CSR Committee will shall put in place an appropriate monitoring mechanism for ensuring effective implementation and reporting mechanism as mandated by the Act.

- Committee Review

The CSR committee will review the implementation of CSR on a quarterly basis.

- Audit

The amount spent on CSR by the company will be subject to Audit to critically assess the fulfillment of project activities.

- Evaluation

The evaluation of major activities may be carried out by an external agency.

- The committee shall ensure the activities included in the CSR policies of the company are undertaken by the company.

DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION

The CSR policy of the company shall be placed on the website of the company www.inanimarbles.com. A detailed status report on the CSR activities carried out by the company shall be disclosed every year as a part of the Board report in the Annual report. The CSR committee will also make a Responsibility Statement stating that the CSR Policy implementation and monitoring thereof is in letter and spirit, in compliance with the CSR objectives.

AMENDMENTS

CSR Policy would be subject to revision/ amendment by the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendations of the CSR Committee or else in accordance with the guideline on the subject as may be issued, from time to time.

REVIEW

This policy shall be reviewed by the CSR Committee as and when any changes are to be incorporated in the policy due to change in regulations or as may be felt appropriate by the Committee.
