According to rcmp site it said “quarterly financial report (QFR) has been prepared by management as required by section 65.1 of the Financial Administration Act and in the form and manner prescribed by the Treasury Board. The report should be read in conjunction with the Main Estimates and Supplementary Estimates for 2013-14, as well as Canada's Economic Action Plan 2013 (Budget 2013). The quarterly report has not been subject to an external audit or review.”
Planned expenditures for the year ending March 31, 2014 came out to be 3,268,291. Used during the quarter ended December 31, 2012 was 531,229. Year to date used at quarter-end came out to be 2,123,316. And this, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Foundation provides the funding to support the voluntary work of Royal Canadian Mounted Police members. 2011, the RCMP Foundation provided over $3 million to 670 community groups.
