Overpopulation
==========
Our project will focus on Human overpopulation and to fix that problem we will create a pill that can control the births of specific places that are completely full of people.
Human overpopulation refers to the relation between the human population and the environment around it. Overpopulation is a result of:
1. An increase in births
2. A decline in immortality rates
3. An increase in immigration
4. Depletion of resources
We talk about over population when the populated areas have a non-existent capability to sustain life. When the population exceeds the carrying capacity of earth and is caused by some factors such as the reduced mortality rate. People live more because of the medical facilities while there are others being born.
There are different effects of overpopulation, such as the depletion of resources because the earth can only produce a limited amount of water/food. Right now the environmental damage is because of the overpopulation in the planet. Another effect will be the rise in unemployment that appears when a country is overpopulated because there are fewer jobs for a large number of people and that gives rise to crime as people will be unemployed, they will need to steal various items to eat or have things that they´d like to buy but they can´t because they don´t have the enough money.
Now, the top five countries with the highest population are:
1. China with 1,355,692,576 people in 2014
2. India with 1,236,244,631 people in 2014
3. United States with 318,892,103 people in 2014
4. Brazil with 202,656,788 people in 2014
5. Pakistan with 196,174,380 people in 1024
What causes overpopulation?
When we talk about overpopulation it´s when the number of births increase much more than the number of adults that die, then the population will become a concern and consequently the countries will have the problems that we have already mentioned. What can be done to reduce the overpopulation? The answer is easy, if the number of children born each year equals the number of adults that die, then the population will stabilize. The first step to solve the problem is to have a birth control.
For that reason we decided to create a pill that could help with the overpopulation in the world.
This pill won´t be like the normal method of contraception because they aren´t completely safe and in a lot of places in the world there are limited choice of method’s and access to contraception, particularly among poorer segments of populations.
Our pill will be free for the poor segment because in Countries that segment is the one that have more babies by year. Consequently the problem is overpopulation, under these circumstances the pill will decline the increase of
