“The Truth”
“In the beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth” (Genesis 1:1). Some people don't believe, truth and salvation, obstructed by popular belief in society. Those people choose not to follow the word of the Lord, instead, they choose to follow society’s standard, providing many with multiple paths that do not lead to our Lord. People lose faith and shy away from the truth and the light. Where did our faith go? For those who have been guided down society’s hypocritical, ignorant, and ratchet path, there will come a day where the truth will present itself, and they will seek and feel the love and forgiveness of our Lord. God and Jesus have played a major role in my life. My family has suffered through some rough times, divorce, depression, death, all destructive things that would tear a family apart. Not ours, although not together, we are not apart, and the Lord gives us forgiveness and guides us through.
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39). The love God has for us is strong and powerful, unbreakable by anyone or anything.
“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong” (1 Corinthians 16:13). It seems in modern times people deny the name of the Lord, as I see it, I will defend and uphold the Lord's name, and pray others will seek his will.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16). God loves the world, loves us all regardless of sins committed. He gave his son Jesus to repent our sins. Jesus died on the cross for us and our sins. But he lives on, on that third day when Mary discovered his tomb empty, the Lord had been resurrected. How could any argue with fact? These days people agree with the popular consensus that God does not exist. But God is real, Jesus is alive, he's real, and he spreads his love across this earth. Countless times have I seen the work of the Lord but seeing isn't the only way to believe. Doubting Thomas, the apostle who denied the Lord's resurrection, only believed after seeing the wounds of the Lord. This teaches us that the Lord does not need to be seen to be the truth, he is the way and through him is the light and salvation in Heaven. I'm not trying to convert anyone but rather provide anyone with the path towards salvation instead of that truth being denied as it seems to always be in modern times.
