Paddy separator

The rice particles then obtained are passed to the rice polisher. Here the rice obtained from the separator is rubbed against the stones which are fitted in an appropriate manner and hence the rice gets polished and is then processed further according to their sizes. During the polishing the rice particles break due to immature growth stage and hence they along with the full particles are separated here. Due to polishing the rice particles, rice powder is obtained known as rice bran which is then passed to the rice bran machine where it is separated and passed further after packaging to make rice bran oil for cooking purpose.

Rice polisher

The rice bran is separated in the rice bran separator machine which sucks the bran in the powder form.

After the rice is obtained it is then again passed into the machine which segregates the particles of rice according to their sizes. The rice breaks away in pieces and hence it has to be divided according to their sizes. This is done by the separator machine as shown below.

Here the rice particles with full size, half size and in minute or immature particles are separated by vibration technique and then divided and is obtained from the 3 pipers respectively as shown above.

The full size rice is used for cooking purpose, mainly sold to the government for providing it at low prices to the citizens of India and the broken particles and half particles are sold to the alcoholic beverage manufacturers for alcohol manufacturing. The particles left are useful again for the rice bran oil production.

Hence in this manner the rice gets manufactured and polished and is sold in the market through distributors or through the government and gets cooked for eating purpose.
