Introduce wide range and variety
Customers could be better satisfied with a wide range of apparels designs in clotting lines. The customers like to try different fashion trends of different varieties. The store should increase number of brands as per customers liking.
Improve quality of clothing
Many customers do not get the size they are looking for and are disappointed. There should be proper and timely stock replenishment done at the store level and make sure that all the appropriate stock is available. The customer also differentiate on the quality, hence the quality of the goods can be enhanced.
CONCLUSION
From the findings and observing the functioning of the store we can conclude that reliance trends should focus of promoting the store so that people are aware of the offers available in the store that can attract them.
The customers shopping in the store were happy with the offers and discounts available were good value for their money. But according to my observations many of the people weren’t aware of the offers going on. Usually the people go to know about them by word of mouth. Hence Reliance can try for different promotional activities to drive in more customers.
Reliance trends have also got an advantage of its location as its situated in commercial locations. It makes easy for customers to access the store.
The consumer is more interested in quality and the variety of the products rather than the price. Bringing customer into store may be easy, but once they enter the store it is important to help them buy the goods that they desire for.
Consumers have high expectations from Reliance Trends regarding pricing, they expect good collection of clothes at much cheaper price especially the internal brands and also of good quality. Good marketing activities can be done in order to make people aware of the offers in Reliance trends. A lot of awareness programs may help in getting better footfall.
The future for reliance trends indeed seems to be bright and it should continue to do well as it is picking up its pace in the retail industry and can be one of the successful apparel store.
