The Justification of the Bombing on Syria by the United States of America

All of these factors have contributed to the complexity of this case, but do not alter the fact that the use of force by The United States should be considered illegal. Even though the use of force is considered illegal most people find it morally justified. It is important to see that this should not be seen as a correct reason to attack. With major powers in the security council, the ignorance of their role in intervention can anger a major power and result in catastrophic conflict (Dorf, 2017). This also shows that it might be dangerous to allow humanitarian intervention while one of the veto-powers rejects (Dorf, 2017). History also shows that ignorance of aggressions against other states can result in horrors like the holocaust (2017).
