The student is AP class most powerful reason for their success was the ability to rewrite and retake a test because the repetition of learning leads them to retain the information taught in the class and the facts outside of the class much easier. Repetition works in a way in which it keeps giving your brain same information again and again and the brain will remember it much efficiently and better than if the material is only learned and left and not revised. Repetition is a technique like metal casting the more you hammer the steel the better shape it takes toward perfection. Similarly the more you learn the same information the harder it is to forget as well as the process of repetition makes you a better at whatever that is being done. Document R does a great job of conveying the essence of repetition as she states, "Rewrite. If you have the chance to rewrote do it. It will only make you a better writer" (Document R). The more you repeat the better you get, it simply yet very effective. The rewriting essay makes you a better writer, but retaking test helps get the hammer on steel effect to your brain. "Retake tests. Even if you do well, the experience of test-taking and ….preparing for the exam by reviewing material," it is the best way to study for the exam without actually reading huge textbooks (Document D). Repetition was used as an asset to learning and grown in the APUSH class by all the individuals who were successful. This happened because the brain only likes to keep the useful information which can only be done by giving the brain the same information again and again and again. Nothing is achieved without strong will and hard work and repetition will take hours to perfect your learning. However, when you are about to take the AP exam it will be a breeze because you have learned the information through repetition and your brain is ready for whatever you throw at it.

Students of APUSH from 2015-2016 survived the class by developing ways to make the most of the class and become efficient learns at the same time grow as an individual. They used methods which suited them the best to be successful in the class and get a 5 in the class. However, no one can grow or learn without putting in hard work. For these individuals, they prepared before class to make sure what is taught in the class becomes easier to understand and to participate. In long learn the preparation became a habit which provides useful to retain information for the day of the exam. They reread textbooks, rewrote DBQ's and long essays, they retook the exams, in the thirst for the better grade they used the technique of repetition to forward their learning to a point where the facts and the concepts were part of them. However, none of this can happen if they did not take charge of their learning by doing what is asked of them and take charge of coming prepared and giving their full effort in the class. The class of 2015-2016 was extremely successful at achieving a 4 or 5 on the test, this can be seen by the average of the class AP score which was 4.75. Therefore, these advices have been used by these individual students to grow as a person and as a learner. So use this 3 advice of preparation, taking charge and repetition to the heart and achieve success in the class, so one day even you can write a success story and pass it on to the next class.
