But for example, manager of the hospital had better know both manage skills and medical systems well. Just so everyone know, multi-talented people have more possibilities, they may even start-up some new businesses or create some new theories or technologies. Thus, leading children to experience different lives by contacting more adults can help children find out what they want.

Second, let children learn from each other is a good solution, too. Discussion makes children think about their own answer, which can help them develop their independent thinking. Children can learn from each other’s mistakes and also learn to respect, admire and accept others’ opinions. Some may think that it’s more efficient to tell children answers directly. However, human usually behalves better when they feel something is interesting or when they participate in something personally. The efficiency should be concerned not only in how fast they can memorize but how long they can remember. Children themselves have abilities to find out their answers, we should respect and encourage the discussion among them. By encouraging children learning from each other, independent and critical thinking, which are very important skills that should be developed from children’s childhood, can be easily promoted.

With encouraging the peer discussion and introducing the different lives’ experience to children, children can grow up with multiple perspectives and keep their independent thinking. There are many different problems and challenges in the world, which may be new and odd, if children can’t maintain their curiosity and establish their different thinking, how can they solve the problem in the future eventually?
