while I was away. “ All the birds just stared back in awe. “Arlios” one would say. “I thought he went missing as a chick?” Another would say.

        Arlios just ignored them and continued. He turned and pointed at a huge wooden stick in the city. A black rope ran over it and in the air to the next pole. “Those black ropes give you the power of the gods.” Arlios drew his wings high into the air. “ I have attained the power of electricity. The power only the gods can control!!!” The birds were starting to look frightened, Arlios pointed at a bird and shouted”You! What is the color of lightning?!” Before the bird could answer, Arlios answered his own question. “Blue! What color am i?! I used to be a small little chick who was very slow and could not do anything.” he shouted.”And now, you guys don’t have to either. All you have to do is…” Arlios pointed to the black ropes. “Sit on those for 8 straight hours. You will see results if you start to turn blue.” The birds went into an uproar. The all flew frantically, trying to sit on the black ropes. Whist watched in horror as the birds fought each other in trying to sit on the black ropes. Whist tried to ask Arlios for help but he was gone.

Several years later….

The world of the birds had became a turf war. It was all the birds in their “species group”  So far, the best species here was the pigeons. They were the only birds who started to turn blue. The birds continue to fight for years. The only person who never fought was Whist, who found it stupid.
