There is one event loved by many people, kids especially, and that’s the “Dinosaurs Alive” event. People walk along a long trail observing different dinosaurs in their simulated habitats. These life-sized animatronics bring joy and fear to people, as they discover what each dinosaur ate and how they lived during the Mesozoic Era, from the informative boards screwed to walls. People like the idea of how they can explore different fossils scattered around the outdoor exhibition and kids can learn about what it’s like to be a Palaeontologist from tour guides along the trail. There is even a dig-site for families to dig around for fossils buried underneath sand. The simulations are what people love the most, which obviously frightens some kids. In the simulations, some dinosaurs move about, while other dinosaurs have the ability to be controlled by people, using electronic button pads. This event usually starts from the morning and ends around evening. Overall, this exhibition allows people to participate in a unique learning experience.
The “Splash Works” water park is an exciting place for both adults and kids who need to cool off during a hot, sunny day. It offers many different rides and has wave pools as well as water parks. Kids love the wave pool because it has a strong wave of current that scatters swimmers around every minute! Kids love the water park because it has a bucket that dumps 1000 gallons of water on unsuspecting guests! Many kids are required to be accompanied by an adult, and the funny thing is, adults who are in kids’ splash parks are required to be accompanied by their kid. There are different levels of thrill levels (danger ratings) for each ride, and in the end it depends on the individual’s preference and their height. There are also cabanas (huts, cabins) that adults can rent for a specified time throughout the day.
Visiting Wonderland is wonderful for so many reasons, not only for rides but for other attractions like shopping, live entertainment, live dinosaurs, and splash works. The experience will last for a lifetime because nothing beats walking around in one of the largest and popular theme parks (which could take days to explore) with friends and family, socializing and having an amazing time.
