In United States the civil aviation the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).

The NTSB staff according to the scene of the accident to gather evidence to investigate the cause of the accident. And the NTSB will with local authorities to investigate the overseas wrecked plane. Particularly in the United States manufacturing Boeing and Lockheed Martin and MacDonnell-Douglas. (5)

When is the dangerous moment in the flight? By the research almost accidents in takeoff, climb, approach and landing.

An air crash is a devastating event. The immediate and long- range human loss cannot be fully measured, much less adequately compensated.(6)

If the civil aircraft was crash, must have effect for Aviation Manufacture, Airlines and Tourist trades and economy. An air crash is catastrophic in human terms, but in economic terms it generates a burst of activity.(7)

The ramifications on the companies’ involed, there shareholders and the air transport industry as a whole are of concern to economists, regulators and the pubic. This study examines the financial consequences of an aviation disaster to the carriers and manufacturers involved.

Conclusion

So by these researches the two points is clear to see. And about the first aspect ‘what are the main issues that effect civil aviation safety in America.’ The first main reason was pilot’s error, the second main reason was mechanical failure and the third main reason was weather.

Also by the research the aircraft accidents almost effect the economy, airline and manufacturer of aircraft.
