With efficiency the business cannot run effectuality with conflict between the workplace and in the case study the business could not run smoothly because of the conflict created by the abuse of their boss and business stopped all together when they went on strike. The business needs to be in agreement with the workforce and the stakeholders so there is not conflict and the business can run smoothly. This is similar to the effectiveness of the business as the business is not an effective with conflict in it.
