So far,the Chinese government have already introduced some laws about protecting the environment of tourist attractions,keeping good operational order and so on.The Chinese State Council has enacted .It played a important role on the development of Chinese Tourism industry.(Inner Mongolia Political Newspaper,2009)The State Council emphasis on the tourism industry should focusing on domestic travel,walk the developing road specializing.Insist on energy conservation and environmental protection,make rational use of resources.Up to 2015,the number of domestic tourists arrive at 300 million trips and the number of outbound tourists arrive at 83 million trips.These data will increase in the future.Because of the rapid economic development and the further western expansion in China,the development of western tourism industry was offered a historical opportunity.However,it’s very important for the development of western tourism industry to get financial support.This is still a big problem.(Zhu,2002)

3. Trend Situational Analysis

3.1. PESTLE Analysis

3.1.1. Political

Political is the most important thing for tourism industry.In fact,in order to develop the tourism industry better.The Chinese government introduced many policies about it.Such as tourism planning in the future,provide more support to the large-scale development in west China.(Zhu,2002)In addition,some visa-free policy is also a factor which affect the tourism industry.Because visa-free can make travel more convenient and people do not have to bear the risk on the visa. As everybody knows that in China,the relationship between the mainland and Taiwan has become worse after independence-learning leader Tsai Ing-wen took office.Because of this,many mainland tourists did not travel to Taiwan any more and the number of the tourists has fallen.It make a big impact to Taiwan tourism and more and more people lose their jobs.And last month,tourism workers in Taiwan presented a protest.(China Daily,2016).Another aspect is the stability of the political state.Any action in political may destroy the tourism.For example,Thailand’s political crisis in 2014 led to the number of tourism declining rapidly .(The Wall Street Journal,2014)

3.1.2. Economic

Due to the development of tourism industry,the government will earn more money from taxes,and more taxes could develop local tourism better and improve local economy.It’s a circle.However,everything has both its pros and cons.Financial crisis is a terrible thing.It will cause the declining of people’s income.Once the income decline,people will reduce the demand for travel.(Filiposki,2016)

3.1.3. Socio-Cultural

The attraction of a country’s culture is a important reason for other country’s tourist.Tourism industry will give positive and negative effect on socio-cultural.First of all,tourism will promote the cultural communication between local people and foreigner,however,in order to make communication be more convenient,local people will be more incline to speak popular language.With the development of local tourism,more and more tourists means that local people may do not use local language as frequent as before.From here we can see that tourism industry may damage the local social cultural.On the other hand,the development of the tourism can expand employment.Every industry of tourism need to add new employees and it bring a lot of benefits to local people.Because of the demand of professional,the quality of local people will be increase significantly.(Sun,2012)

3.1.4. Technological

In China,it’s said that Science and Technology is the first productive force.Therefore,technological will promote the development of tourism industry.Along with the advance of science and technology,transportation become more and more convenient and infrastructure is more perfect than before.I think that there are two most important points,one is transportation,the other one is Internet.Traditionally,the development of traffic is a greater impact on tourism.But in recent years,Internet has become more and more important.According to the survey,most tourists would use Internet to do their travel plans.In addition to this,purchase travel products is also one of the reason people use the Internet.(Duncan,2009)

3.1.5. Legal

In China,many people would go to Sanya to enjoy seafood.However,in recent years,more and more seafood market in Sanya was found to defraud.(Sanya launches crackdown on price-gouging in seafood market,2012).In order to maintain the order of tourism,the Chinese government has issued a new law. was promulgated in 2013 and the aim of the law is protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tour operators.It improved the tourism industry and promoted the development of tourism.（Tourism Low of the People’s Republic of China,2013）

3.1.6. Environmental

Tourism is closely linked with environment.Some tourist attractions are famous for their beautiful view.In China,Jiuzhaigou Valley is one of China’s star attractions,more than two million people visit there every year,it is famous for its clear lakes,waterfalls,woodlands and so on.(Introducing Jiuzhaigou National Park)(Cheng,2010)However,with the increase of number of tourists and overdeveloped,it would break the ecological balance.It’s a basic for realizing the tourism’s sustainable development to protect the environment.(Environmental Impacts of Tourism)(Petroman,2016)

4. Recommendations to Attract Trend Followers

4.1. Recommendation

In my opinion,I think that we should be pay more attention to the safety of the tourists.On July 23,2016,two female was attacked by tiger in Beijing animal park and one woman mauled to death by tiger.This is not the first accident,but there are some tourists always ignore their own safety.After this terrible accident,how to ensure security has become a concern.(Chi,2016).Fortunately,Tourism Low of the People’s Republic of China> protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists.However,we should be more careful in travel.
