For example in a company for it to maintain its customers, it has to have a good policy making. You get to find that companies must plan evidence-based policy making so as to help them succeed in the industry and maintain their profits in the industry. This helps to keep their customers by providing good services and making sure their competitors do not defeat them in the market.

In this era, you cannot succeed without evidence-based policy making. This is what guides you in learning, doing business, carrying out research, etc. for example in health institutions, hospitals always have policies before making research which will guide them in the research. This is advantage because it makes them work well knowing what they are looking for.

In conclusion, Evidence-based policy making has increased and has helped many people and organizations produce better results. With the above evidence, it is clear that if a person or organization has a policy making, things will be good and one is sure of succeeding. People should come up with policy making and use it to make a difference in life.
