should not neglect its obligation to make the community better and provide a platform for other corporates (Hayzlett, 2016). This platform would help to strengthen the connection between customers and staff where the customer wants a hands-on, transparent and clean company to make the world a better place (Hensley, 2014). One of the company that are practising the social welfare is Disney. As we know that Disney is a well-known company in the world, and throughout the many years, the reputation has not dropped but still increasing. This is because they are focusing on social responsibilities like donating to the poor, promoting the environment event and volunteerism. They also one of the biggest donor of aid after the natural disaster, protecting thousands of coral reef and giving proceeds from nature films to plant tree (Espenson,2014). Throughout these social responsibilities activities, the company would get to advertise their name and get more reputation, Therefore, I could say that it is a win-win situation. It is because the corporation is doing a good deed to the society and being respect by public. At the meantime, it also can be part of advertising your company. So, I can conclude that social responsibility is an important aspect for every entrepreneur.
Ethical Dilemma Entrepreneur
Business ethics is being refer to the ‘rightness or wrongness of behaviour, but not everyone agrees on what is morally right or wrong, good or bad, ethical or unethical (Lewis, 1985). Why the ethic are is important to entrepreneur? It could allow us to discover and understand the good and bad, and also choosing the correct decision instead of the wrong one.
Moreover, the small business also practises the unethical behaviour due to small size of industry, lack of financial resources, smaller market share, difficulties in building reputation and too rely on supplier or customers (Mcfarlane, 2013). We also cannot deny that large corporations do not practise any bribery action. As we can find out that operating a business can be challenging and stressful for surviving. As a result, they still continue the actions like brides or corruption although they know that the practices are illegal and unethical (Rune, 2011). For example in Brazil, the corruption scandal which happen between the company called Petrobras and government. Petrobras official admitted that the company was awarding contracts in terms of exchanging bribes (Time, 2016). The 2015 corruption perception index in Brazil is only 38 (Transparency International,). This can prove us that the country has a higher corruption rate. In my point of view, corruption or bribes actions should practise in the small firm for surviving in the market. If the company is unable to survive, it would lead the business bankrupt or close down and cause the employees jobless. In other hand, we also must think about our employees and their family. Some employees are the main source of family income.
Secondly, environment ethics rises concern in these few decades. It is a study between the relationship and interaction between human beings and the environment (Rinkesh, 2009). Human beings have the responsibility to take good care of our environment as we are part of our mother earth (Oak, 2016). Our actions have led to environment pollution humanity problems such as deforestation, animal cruelty, over consumption of natural resources which lead to global warming and etc. Therefore, it has become the major issue in United Nation conference as well as other smaller environment protectionism meetings. We know that industrialisation has been promoted by United Nation in early 90s aim boost the economy but it brings negative consequences which pollute the environment (United Nation). That is why environment ethics has played an important role in our society. In my view, I think that the government should legislate rules and enforce environment protection law while taking legal action against those industries which are polluting the environment. I also should also adopt this environment ethics and change my perspective on how my business should be operating to protect the environment. I must not too focus on profitability of the business and ignore the environment. Not only that, I will also think to set up a company which the products are ecofriendly and can been recycled.
Lastly, entrepreneurs and managers are poor in retaining their ethical behaviour within their organization (Hogan and Daniel, 2009). We also must concern about ethics toward our employees and encourage them to engage in as it could bring good sake to our company. As the leader of the company, the entrepreneur should behave ethically in the company. This would result in establish a reputation among customers and being respected by your employees (Bianco,
Conclusion

This module not only give me a credit but also taught me a lot being a good entrepreneur in solving problems, ways to succeed in my career, long term plan and others. Personally, I will be going to help my dad in his business so this module is a good opportunity to give me an idea on running my business well and growth.
