• ITP (Inspection and Testing plan):
Includes all the inspection and testing details of materials, equipments, machines, etc.
• Specifications:
Includes all the detailed specification such as size, type, amount, brand of equipments, materials, etc. according to IS codes as well as few modifications by RIL.
• QMS (Quality management system):
A quality management system (QMS) is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution (production/development/service) in the core business area of an organization. (i.e. areas that can impact the organization’s ability to meet customer requirements.)
• FOR (Field observation report) :
Report generated by client to contractor for an improper execution work observed at site after a single inspection.
• NCR (Non confirmation report) :
Report generated by client to contractor for an improper execution work observed at site even after submission of FOR.
• Punch List:
Prepared by quality engineer, includes all the site work execution with the exact location that is to be modified or rectified.
• Material testing:
Includes all the testing reports prepared by the quality engineer.
