Conclusion
In condlusion there are great opportunities, both direct and indirect, from franchising and taking Generals global. The process of internationalization won’t be easy. The timetable for implementing our new global strategy will be no shorter than a 6 month period. The first step will be to research possible target audiences as well as work with a Saudi Arabian marketing agency to make sure that our business and products will be accepted in the new country. We then will have to work with a Saudi Arabian Real Estate team to procure land for building our first location. The Real Estate team alongside the marketing agency can help us find the best location for our business to help us get the most traffic possible. After that we will have to begin our orders to make sure that our locations have adequate inventory. Finally, we will have an external company take care of the hiring and training process of our new employees. The lack of competition mixed with the powerful relationships that we can build in the oil and banking industry can prove to outweigh the possible cultural barriers that we will have to overcome; making us a serious contender in the global market as well as improving our business processes stateside
