Lastly, our firm aims to achieve the low-cost in the product development, the marketing strategy, distribution and doing the advertising by putting more concentrating on getting attention on the audience and selling it direct to retain chains wanting a low-priced store brand (Casali, Gamble & QUT Business School, 2017).
For the international perspective, it is important for a firm to select different country locations as foreign market to sell the products to retailers and customers. In global business, international connection value does not mean choosing lowest-cost supplier countries or the highest-income customers countries (Spulber, 2007). Overall, our firm is aim to sell our products at the lowest possible price to customers in each market to suit the four-market’s different economic situation. f we label the same price globally, we may not be able to capture all market. Therefore, our firm focused the strategy based on low cost aim to secure the competitive advantages by serving buyer in our target market at a lower cost and lower price than our competitor. Lastly, our firm have also planned to invest in robotic upgrade for camera assembly facility very early on, to minimize the manufacturing cost on our mass production. The reason why we choose to upgrade the camera assembly line first is clearly because there are much more demands for cameras than drones, which mean that we will produce larger quantity of cameras and could gain more benefit from robotic upgrade.
