According to table 3b(i), it is obviously that the average of Salary of Females is lower than Males, which is $57,209.9 compared to $65,505.4. Although, the percentage of Females is working at the bank is 67.3% out of 208 people, according to table 3a(ii), however, the average of Salary of Females is still lower than the average of Salary of Males. Furthermore, look up table 3b(ii), most of the percentage of educational levels of Females are also higher than the percentage of educational levels of Males. For instance, the percentage of Females who obtained a bachelor’s degree is 20.7% which is double the percentage of Males who obtained a bachelor’s degree – 9.8%. However, females are getting pay less than males, due to the average of Salary in table 3b(i).

Therefore, we can conclude that, there is existing a discrimination which against females in terms of salary paid.

According to table 3d(i), the higher of job grade that Males get, the higher the average of salary. However, it is a reverse for Females in grade 6. So, from grade 1 to grade 5, the higher of job grade that Females get, the higher the average of salary, but in grade 6, Males will get $90.923.1 in average compare to Females - $50,000. There is more than $40,000 in different.
