Objectives and Stakeholders
Stakeholders are the people who are interested, concerned or has a share in an organisation. There are three types of stakeholders identified as Internal Stakeholders which defines the stakeholders inside the organisation such as employees and managers, Connected Stakeholders, the stakeholders who are connected to the organisation, such as debtors, creditors and External Stakeholders, the stakeholders outside the organisation, such as government and media (Sullivan 2008).

Following study discusses on how and to which extent ODEL has been able to meet the stakeholders’ objectives.
With related to ODEL, the company owner, as one of the main stakeholders, has many concerns over the organization in different aspects such as profitability, increased market share, significant market standing, longevity, growth and social goals.
For example, according to the last published annual report 2012, it was analysed that ODEL has been able to achieve a high turnover, with a 15% growth compared to the previous year. This shows a reasonable growth has been occurring in reaching the overall objectives of the organization with related to profitability.
The internal stakeholders of ODEL also include management and the employees whose objectives have been achieved through providing a good working environment which is comfortable, relaxing and highly secured. It is noted that this has enabled the managers and employees to fully concentrate on the work without any distraction. This has been very supportive for the employees’ career development with regard to possible promotional prospects.In the context of job security, ODEL employees have been given a considerable salary, increment opportunities and insurance opportunities in order to motivate and to confirm assurance of the job. Also, providing a respectful, communicative environment the ODEL has been able to create healthy relationships among employees within the organization.
