The Phoenix Agency Corporation is the company which export a skincare product that made up of petroleum oil based from the research company named Zelcos Research Sdn. Bhd. As an agent company, Phoenix Agency Corporation are responsible to export this skincare products by Zelcos Research Sdn. Bhd named as LilyZel oil to the chosen foreign country which was France. Zelcos Research Sdn. Bhd produce many beauty care and maintenance products from the hair care, the skincare and also every personal care products and toiletries. Our company chose to export one of beauty care products from Zelcos Research Sdn Bhd which was the LilyZel oil to our customers in France by establishing another our agency firms in Paris, France.

Our company are established in early of 2016 with five members of partnership which invest different amount of shares. This company are being established to be a very trusted agent services from Malaysia in all over the world. We are first attended a seminar on a business management then we decided to build one company of partnership that registered under SKM with legal license of operation as an agent services company to gain the trust among our customers to export their products outside from Malaysia. The name of Phoenix is due to our goals to be a very trusted agent services in all over the world.

Our company are making a very well planning along this years from the establishing of our company on the 01 January 2016 to make a very effective strategy to enter the foreign market to export our chosen local products which was the high quality skincare products, LilyZel oil. We guarantee that our skincare chosen product is the best quality products which are functioning as the sunblock to the skin, the moisturizer and also as the best treatment to remove scars. It is also function the whiter the skin of the users. Our chosen products had been research by the very good of researcher teams from Malaysia. This LilyZel oil also had been in Malaysia markets for 5 years and been accepted well by Malaysian with a very high recommended products feedbacks.

We deliver our LilyZel oil to France using the ship, water transportation which is the most safety modes of transportation with less cost needed. She is the director of our company where all decision are need her agreement before being done. Then second highest is the Export Director which has 30% of our company shares. She will help and make an advice in all of the decision making made by the Export Director. Third is the Export Marketing Manager which has 16% of company shares. The Marketing Manager has an overall executive control and dealing with policies.

Then the Export Shipping Manager and Export Sales Manager which has an equal amount of shares which 12% each person.
