Employment of Change Management Approach

The change management approach that will be used within the organization needs to be a kind where the changes end up bettering the organization. When the changes will be made within the sales department of the organization, it is very important to make sure that all of the changes are correct and managed the way that they should be. If a situation is to come up where on or some of these changes are not managed the way that they are supposed to be, it can result in issues coming up within the organization. The sales department needs to make sure that they are being committed to the project management approach in order to get the results that is needed from completing the change. This will help the organization get better results now and in the future. These changes will also make it so the sales department are able to work in a better way that will help the organization. When the sales department is working the way it should be and they are getting the results that are needed. This can help other individuals become more satisfied with the overall department and have a positive outlook. The organization will also see an increase in their revenue now and in the future from the change.

Inspected Return on Investment

When organizations make any kind of change, they require to see if this change has helped the organization and if it was a positive or negative impact on the company. This change will help the sales department be able to perform their duties without having a lot of issues. If there was an issues that did arise the organization will help to make sure the issues are taken care of or removed from the department. Its expected to see the sales and revenue increase within the sales department due to the changes being made. With this being said the organization net income will grow. As a result, the return on investment for the organization will be greater and higher then they saw in the past. Sales department of organization like Kudler Fine Foods holds a very high standard for the company. If the sales department ends up having some sort of a problem, in can then turn into being a problem for the whole organization. If an organization was to have such an issue, it would make changes be necessary. If the sales department ended up having a decrease in their sales, it would also affect the whole organization. With this being said it would be a good idea for Kudler Fine Foods to incorporate such a change to better their sales department that will then better their future.

Conclusion

Within this paper a discussion was made in regards to the management making a change within the organization of Kudler Fine Foods. The organization needs to make some kind of change to their sales department. It is expected that with the changes being made Kudler Fine Foods will be able to more effectively and it will benefit their future. When changes take place within any organization it is very important that it remains being managed in the way it should be so the results continue. To do this it is important that a change management plan be required by the organization. Having a change management plan will make it so the sales department can run smoothly and problems will reduced. Organization need to also make sure they are aware of the dimensions of change management property. If the changes are made they will see an increase on the return on investment.
