. Time functioning mapping enable managers to reassess processes in a continuous basis in aims to improve the processes in place. It is done every six months.
Sustainability is all about making a difference while being profitable at the same time.
We only buy recyclable materials. We encourage the reuse of material. We adapted to an electronic system so no paper is wasted.

When thinking about sustainability managers must keep 4 terms in mind: Resources, Recycle, Regulations and Reputation (Heizer et al., 2014). We reuse water for our flowers while in storage. Coolers that allow us to cut electricity usage during winter months. Employees are schedule as needed and raw material purchased just in time.
