Oxyglobin will considered as an asset to Hemopure if it have a positive perception from the market, it could like a test marketing. If the sale is like company’s expect. Hemopure could refer the Oxyglobin’s production, marketing, sale and service to success. And when the Oxyglobin with a high praise will result the company more respect. People will more trust Biopure’s product, like when Apple launched the computed, Iphone and Ipod, people become look forward to they launched the new product, because we trust them. So if Oxyglobin made the company have a good impression, the Hemopure will be easier to enter the market.
Oxyglobin need releasing first, this is because if we successful in the sale of Oxyglobin, this could be an asset for Hemopure, first, we could make a reputation in the market and establish the company’s brand name, and most people will buy Biopure company’s product again. The profit from Oxyglobin could be used to help Hemopure easier to produce, advertising. And Biopire will have a successful marketing experience. It could attractive more potential customers and more focus on human market. Because the human market is larger than Oxyglobin, we could use the animal market to test the way of sale is profit and loss, and find the disadvantage to correct it.
I believe the Oxyglobin’s price set around 170 dollars will be appropriate to the demand. Because from the Table A we could see the Veterinarians will use it almost 100 percentage if the price in $50 per units. And 100 per units will attractive $70 percentage noncritical cases and 95 critical cases. But the profit cannot support to further company activates. In the other side if set $200 per units will loss majority veterinarian customer. Let’s look the pet owner’s willingness. If the price over $200 per units, there are only few people will use it in noncritical and critical cases, but the price set around below 200 per units it will be attractive more pet owner to use it. So the break-even point will 150 to 200 dollar per units. The company will make the profit maximum and support the further company activities when the price around 150 to 170.
The way to distribution could in regional and local animal hospital and other distributors for the related products. This is because we could refer the Table C. the local and region is more than distributor in National. We know there are always have some blood banks for animal near the animal hospital and animal care center, this is also a good way to distribute. And in the beginning, the Biospure need increase the channel to distribution to make a reputation in the customer, and establish the brand name, then it could open physical store directly sell to final customer.
