Operational Framework
The current study will be guided by the operational framework illustrated in Figure 2. This Framework shows the different Motivation that can affect the Employee Performance. When employee is satisfied and motivated it has a positive effect that can lead to a high job performance and individual responsiveness. That can help the positive growth of the organization in terms of profit and productivity

Hypothesis
Ha1: Employee Motivation affects Employee Performance
Ho1: Employee Motivation does not affects Employee Performance
Ha2. Employee Motivation had a significant impact in Fluor Daniel Inc Philippines.
Ho1: Employee Motivation had no significant impact in Fluor Daniel Inc Philippines.
Objectives of the Study
The study will help to realize more appropriate ways of motivating employees to induce high performance and to establish various aspects that could be further developed and improved in order to increase employee’s performance.
Specifically, the study will determine:
1) To examine the different forms of Employee motivation that can improves employees’ high performance
2) To make an analysis if Employee High performance helps Fluor Daniel Inc.Philippines to increase company’s profit and growth
3) To examine Employee Motivation had both a positive influence on Employees Performance and in Fluor Daniel Inc Philippines.
Significance of the Study
This research can determine the importance of Employee Motivation on Employee Performance. It will also beneficial on the following:
Public and Private Sector-The study will help to understand that work motivation have an impact on job performance and to improve their policies and procedures.
Managers-The study helps to increase cooperation between the employee who want maximum output and high productivity.
Other firms in the industry-The study will help to understand the real essence of work motivation on their employees also it helps their industry to grow
Future Researchers-This study provide future researchers to use as their additional reference.
The Researcher-The study will help to understand the different forms of Motivation that can rely on his present Job and in the future.
Scope and Limitations
1. This study will determine the influence of Employee Motivation on Employee Performance in Fluor Daniel Inc. Philippines
2. This study will not determine the influence of Employee Motivation on Employee Performance on other industry.
Definition of Terms
The following terms are defined as used in the study.
Employee-a person employed for wages or salary,especially at non executive level
Manager-a person responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a company or similar organization.
Motivation- the general desire or willingness of someone to do something.
Performance-the action or process of carrying out or accomplishing an action, task, or function.
Job Performance- assesses whether a person performs a job well.
Company-a commercial business
Organization-an organized body of people with a particular purpose, especially a business, society, association
Public Sector- the part of an economy that is controlled by the government.
Private Sector-the part of the national economy that is not under direct government control.
Training- the action of teaching a person or animal a particular skill or type of behavior.
Monetary Incentives- is a money-based reward given when an employee meets or exceeds expectations
Job Transfer- A transfer refers to lateral movement of employees within the same grade, from one job to another.
Job Satisfaction- the feeling of pleasure and achievement that you experience in your job when you know that your work is worth doing, or the degree to which your work gives you this feeling
Promotion- the action of raising someone to a higher position or rank or the fact of being so raised.
Achievement- a thing done successfully, typically by effort, courage, or skill.
Appreciation- the recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something.
Working Condition- refers to the working environment and all existing circumstances affecting labor in the workplace, including job hours, physical aspects, legal rights and responsibilities
Job Security- is an assurance that an individual will keep his or her job without the risk of becoming unemployed.
Recognition- the action or process of recognizing or being recognized, in particular.
Social Opportunity- to the idea that people have different opportunities based on their social networks and the overall environment in which they live
