planet with. I also used various internet resources to further investigate the subject matter and
help to establish and prove my hypothesis.
Results/Outcome: The results show that from the 1800’s to the 1900’s the larger forest were
decreased in size by 50%. By the 2000’s they had decreased by 90%. The
ground water had decreased by 50% between the 1800’s and 1900’s. In the
2000’s it had decreased by 90%. There was no intrusion by the salt water during the 1800’s, the water was plentiful. During the 1900’s it had changes to occur when the ocean moved into the groundwater supply. In
the 2000’s there was an increased shown of the ocean water moving into the
ground water. Farm land in the 1800’s was small. I conclude that this was
due to lack of available resources and money to buy resources. In the 1900’s
farms increased in size but not in number available. In the 2000’s there were
the same number of farms available but a decrease of size by 20%. Industry
development was at a minimal during the 1800’s because there were no cities.
During the 1900’s there was a major growth and development pattern of cities
and industry. When the 2000’s arrived Industry and development decreased
between 10 and 15%. During the 1800’s there was very limited housing available. During the 1900’s there was a great increase in the housing market.
The 2000’s experienced a decrease in the market place between 10 and 15%.
I feel that the above numbers and situations support my hypothesis of available resources and having to monitor the resources. It established that
There would and were effects on man, this was through development and resources. With greater amounts of salt re-entering the water supply it would
create a smaller amount of water available for use within time.
Discussion/Analysis: The above table and numbers help to establish the changes in the water
Supply by the decreased amounts. One could conclude with less water, there
Would be less available for Man, the plants and the animals to use and sustain
their existence. Because of the amounts of salt flowing back into the system,
it would be easy to conclude that the increase content would be less drinkable
and usable water. This could and would effect Man, plants and animals he has
dominion over. The increase and decreases of industry and development has
a great influence on the amount of water and resources used and available. I
can conclude that my hypothesis was correct and that monitoring would and

Should take place in order to preserve our resources for Man, plants and animals.
