Implementation:

I am indeed pleased to mention that R&R Holdings have started taking initiatives to make the lives of its employees better recently. A recent interview with Mr. Mahfuzur Rahman, Head of Corporate Finance at R&R Holdings revealed that the company has started to adopt the flexible-scheduling mechanism to some extent. Around 20-25% of the employees have their shifts from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. and the other shift for the remaining employees start from 9 a.m. Moreover, the company has started to provide bus service to convenient points to and from office especially for the employees who belongs to the Corporate Finance department. Furthermore, employees have also been awarded with the Attendance Bonus scheme after the successful completion of 12 months period at the company which has been a new addition altogether in this company. In addition the HR department has also announced a salary increment of 5% for all employees after every 12 months period which will be in effect from the month of November. On the top of that Festival Bonuses which is accounted for twice a year will be increased to 50% compared to 30% previously on gross salary. However, the most important observation that I learnt from my interview is that the company has finally realized to prioritize its employees and act in their best interest at least to some extent.
