In my culture we eat a lot of food and some of the different dishes that we eat are; Roti, Curry chicken, Pepper pot and Stamp Pot. The types of clothes that we wear are modest casual clothes. One day I would love to wear a sari and a shalawar.

My best role models are my family, teachers and church family. Birthdays, holidays, graduations, first day of schools and other events are special to me because they bring back happy memories. I am an African American young woman who is proud of my ethnicity and background. When people make funny of me it hurts at first but I don’t let it bother me because I know that I am beautiful because GOD told me so. I have a Philosophy sometimes but I surely have it when somebody bring me down and make me think why am I here in the first place. Before, I close my story I will like to tell you that for my future I would like to be a Chef/Pilot and I wouldn’t be able to do it without help from my parents,family,teachers,friends and trust in myself and other people when they tell me I can do it. My favorite quote that keeps me going and also will encourage you is “Encourage yourself believe in yourself, and love yourself, never doubt who you are. “And “Don’t worry about failures, worry about the chances you miss when you don’t even TRY.” So from now on remember this quote to keep you going because I know I will every day of my life.
