Another great contribution to American history FDRs had was his leadership throughout World War Two, even though the United States had an act of neutrality after World War two brook out he suggested to congress that they revise the act of neutrality. After the start of World War two the United States starting selling weapons and supplies to France and Great Britain. But the day after Pearl Harbor FDR and congress declared war on japan and eventually going the axis powers and abandoning the United States neutrality.
