- Peer Evaluation Form: 5:00pm on 4 December, 2015
While there are different ways to approach this exercise, you may find that effective communication among group members is the key to success. At the end of the module, you are required to complete a confidential Peer Evaluation Form to ensure there is fair contribution in the group assignment. The completed form should be submitted to your instructor via email at karenyeung@hsmc.edu.hk. Nil submission implies all group members provide an equal and fair contribution to the project. Marks for individuals who are rated with poor contribution by most group members will be adjusted downward accordingly. To recognize the extra efforts of individual members, you may also nominate your fellow classmate(s) for the consideration of receiving bonus points. You are strongly advised to contact the instructor, as early as possible, on any problems concerning your group members so that any interventions can be taken early.
