Most Forever 21’s are largely sized and have upper levels. Walking into a store that has more than one level makes their customers excited to shop. Seeing a two story Forever 21 is like seeing a castle for the first time. Excitement and joy fills customers’ bodies as they enter the store of their dreams. Escalators, elevators, and several flights of stairs catch customers’ attention and draws them in as they quickly try to find a way to get to the second level of the store. When I shop at a Forever 21 with two levels my first though is “What could possibly be up stairs?” The bottom is so large and full of clothes, it is hard to imagine what else would be up stairs. Forever 21’s that are located in bigger cities normally have two levels and on the second level, customers can find a section for children’s clothing, a shoe section, and even a section for active wear. The children’s clothing section have unique signs that says “Kids.” These sections on the second level of the store contain the most adorable clothing items for children. The clothes in the section keeps up with the trends for older customer but instead in children’s sizes. The shoe section sections are normally large with shoes ranging from sandals to sneakers. Customers can find shoes of different colors in this section on the upper level of the store. Forever 21’s active wear section on the second level is very popular amongst teen customers. This section contains clothing for customers to workout in. Customers enjoy great quality workout clothes and this section in Forever 21 is convenient.
Clothing stores should always catch a customer’s attention with something and Forever 21 catches customers with its overall appearance. Everything about Forever 21 is amazing and draws customers into the store without hesitation. I am excited to shop in Forever 21 when I enter the store because of the plethora of colors, the beautiful manikins, and the upper levels. Every trip to Forever 21 is always well spent. Forever 21 is certainly a sight to see.
