Yummilicous Brownies goal is to promote pastry business in the food industry to introduce new, fresh, unique and recipes especially brownies that will give the regular local residents’ cravings satisfaction. And to continue offering high quality of pastry products and developing the entrepreneurial skills of the staff. 4.1 Competitive Advantage
Yummilicous Brownies has a number of advantages that will allow us to build our product identity, add value to our retail and build a loyal customer base while standing apart from our competitors.

Our marketing strategy will focus heavily on sales promotion, position in the market and customer service with loyalty and preservation in producing.
• Our promotion will always stay in tune with our company’s goals and mission statement. 4.2.1 Price Strategy
Yummilicous Brownies will be pricing the products according to the company’s cost of baking supplies, equipment, appliances and labors. The method of pricing the products will be based on the following: start with all the fixed expenses the company will have each month. They include rent, maintenance and repairs (may include cleaning), utilities, insurance, printing, laundering costs, bookkeeping or accounting. Secondly, the variable or operating expenses each month. These are expenses that will change from month to month. They will include food costs, salaries, and advertising. Moreover, product line policy will also be considered in which varieties of product correspond to different price level. 4.2.2 Promotional Strategy
Yummilicous Brownies will be located in Gaisano Mall, Iligan City. While the cost of the lease per foot is higher than in other business areas, the mall provides the best exposures. The company will market themselves as a pastry hub that offer products to everyone; children, men, women and elderly. The company will also have an in-store for the first few months to attract new customers in. This will be done through tarpaulins and posters. Lastly, the company will offer sponsorship in some beauty pageants within the local areas through providing gift certificates and discount coupons. 4.2.3 Distribution Strategy
Our retail location will be the foundation of building our customer base. We will also manage to direct sells promotion that will focus on our top 50% customers spotlighting any in-house selling and promoting. VI. OPERATIONAL PLAN 4.4 Production
Brownies as specialty of the coffee shop will be safe kept in a transparent box, tied up with a ribbon that will only cost P 99. Each box is sealed with the business name and be delivered to regular consumers aside from service inside the shop.
A columnar is prepared for the in and out of the products and income for the purpose of check and balance. Publication through advertisements will be imposed for the product promotion and development. 4.4.1 Location
Yummylicious Brownies will be located in Gaisano Mall, Iligan City. The area measures 15m x 20m floor area furnished with enough furniture’s and utensils; abundant volume of water and current. The workplace is clean and the consumer area is conducive to business transactions from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm every Monday to Saturday. Sunday is 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Vehicles park outside the mall with enough space. Yummylicious Brownies has centralized itself directly in position to the residential location and social activities of our target market. We believe that this is critical to our initial success and long-term growth. 4.4.2 Personnel Plan
The business needs 9 personnel which include Manager, Cashier, 2 Cook, 3 Waiters and 1 utility worker. They are acquired through publication and interview giving priorities to those with related work experience. Salaries and wages of the employees are in accordance to the minimum wage requirement depending on their position.

All duties will be divided and delegated according to strengths and weaknesses. At Yummilicious Brownies we will expect a high degree of customer service skills and personality as this is essential. 5.1 Organizational structure
The owner functions as the manager who is an expert of the field chosen. Hence, the choice of the business kind or firm.
The cashier, An individual who has at least units in accountancy and bookkeeping.
The 2 cooks, One of which is preferable with an experience of being chef in a refreshment or restaurant. Waiter and Waitresses are individuals with pleasing personality not necessarily with experience but needs to be trained as to how to deal with customers.
Utility worker, a worker that can maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the place.
