Our website is a big marketing part, shows registering room, room available check, entire B&B, equipment picture, activities, and the top of homepage is big logo, guest could be easy to find out the address of the hotel. We post many of rooms pictures, pool pictures, and some of our advantages picture on homepage, it makes guests pre-view our lovely small B&B first, this first visual of their visiting is very important. Website background are use blue &white color, use our garden’s picture decoration website, and it means facing the sea, with spring blossoms! The left of website, shows many different types of rooms picture, clink detail guests can see how exactly it looks like, and every types room rate. On the right of website, shows our special offer, pool, barbecue, party nights, other request for special event, bike rental, and contact us, etc. on the bottom of the website, shows clearly actual local link, includes, amusement park, beach activities, Fort MccLary State park (Historic), and few restaurant we recommended.

- We will keep going to look guest reviews on trip advisor, Expedia, hotels.com, etc. consider how they experienced our hotel, any public opinions, and figure out how to make our customers feeling better. Therefore we have a discussion board on our website, if there are any complain customer wrote, we will fix it as soon as possible. If they wrote complain we had never ever had, we will contact them immediately, try to fix it. Also we will contact the guests who had bad experienced with us, give them stronger feedback, such as, next time give them discount, send gift (apology card, souvenirs from ME. etc) to their home.
