The above figure 4.2 indicates that Verna and Sancaole industrial estates have the same prevailing rate per Sq. (in m2) i.e. 2000 which is also the highest as compared to other industrial estates as it is highly developed. Whereas Pissurlem and Honda industrial estates have the lowest prevailing rate i.e. 750
