In the theory X and theory Y questionnaire, my result is in the theory Y. Theory can be assumed that people are self-motivated, and thrive on responsibility. The management style is participative which consult with employee in decision making and provide them control in the work area. From all of these, I totally agree with result because it showed as my personality and perspective how I would compass my organization.

In MBTI questionnaire,my result is ISTJ which it calls logistician. It can be defined that “serious, quiet, earn success by concentration and thoroughness. Practical, orderly, matter-of-fact, logical, realistic and dependable. See to it that everything is well organized. Take responsibility. Make up their own minds as to what should be accomplished and work toward it steadily, regardless of protests or distractions”. Moreover, ISTJs are good at creating and maintaining a secure and stable environment for themselves and their loved ones. It also have both strength and weaknesses. Honest and direct is the heart of ISTJs personality. Furthermore, they also very responsible. Although we lost to sleep, we will work till finish. However, there are some weakness from this personality type. Judgemental is one of it. It also same as my truly personality. I will unlikely to respect someone who disagree with the facts because I still believe in that opinion is opinion or fact is fact.

In conclusion, all of three questionnaires that I take; VisualDNA, theory X and theory Y, MBTI test. The results are very similar to each other. Also, I totally agree with the results because my personality is seem to be like this. On the contrary, some weaknesses can effect me as a manager; lacking imagination or creativity. Improving my personality is try to think out of the concept that I usually have.
